Questions using intervention
Problem 1
Why does outside intervention not remove the need to identify local decisions?
Answer and explanation
Distinguish local decisions, outside support, and military escalation. A bloc label does not explain every person’s aims or experience. Identify the initiating action and later interventions without making all phases a single undated event.
